About Me

I’m Claire — an artist, pattern designer, and founder of the Flow of Days

The Flow of Days grew from a desire to live and create more in rhythm with the seasons rather than against them. After many years of caregiving, loss, and not feeling that I was in the right place, I found myself craving a slower, more intentional way of being — one that honoured creativity not as productivity, but as nourishment.

My work weaves together seasonal living, simple creative practices, reflection, and handmade beauty. I believe creativity doesn’t need to be loud or polished to matter. It can live in a cup of tea, a page of scribbles, a walk taken with awareness, or a moment of stillness at the turning of the year.

Here, you’ll find my seasonal journals and workshops - an invitation to reconnect — with yourself, with nature, and with the steady unfolding of your own days.

This space is for women who are seeking calm, depth, and a sense of coming home to themselves.

My background

I’m trained as a fine artist and textile practitioner, with a BA and MA in Fine Art, a Foundation Degree in Contemporary Textiles, and a teaching qualification (Cert Ed).

I’ve taught across art, fashion, and textiles, supporting students to develop their creative voice with confidence and care. This experience shapes everything I offer here — from workshops to journals — combining solid creative foundations with an intuitive, compassionate approach.
