The Flow of Days — Creative Circle

The Creative Membership is a seasonal space for women who want to reconnect with creativity in a grounded, human way — guided by the rhythm of the year rather than pressure or productivity.

Each season unfolds through weekly creative workshops, inspired by natural cycles and traditional, hands-on processes. Activities are chosen to feel tactile, soothing, and supportive — such as papier mâché winter bowls, summer eco-printing, and other seasonal making practices.

This is not about mastering techniques or producing perfect outcomes. The workshops are invitations: to work with your hands, settle your nervous system, and allow creativity to become a companion rather than a demand.

Creative processes you may explore

The Creative Circle is not a fixed course, but over time you will be introduced to a range of accessible, hands-on processes, such as:

  • Printmaking (including mono printing and simple relief techniques)

  • Collage and paper-based work

  • Felt making and fibre crafts

  • Eco printing and natural mark-making

  • Papier mâché and sculptural play

  • Bead making and small decorative objects

  • Simple stitch and hand embroidery

  • Journalling as a creative and reflective practice

No prior experience is needed — everything is approached with encouragement to adapt processes to what you have and what feels right for you.
